Reel Review: F Plus

F Plus is a middle school heist comedy akin to Ocean’s Eleven, with some nods to Mission Impossible, that leans into the chaos. When top student Ted flunks a significant test, he and his troublemaker best friend plan a break-in to switch the grades. It’s fast, funny, and loaded with charm. Randy Couture brings dry humor as the security officer tries to catch up with them while the kids carry the emotional weight and wild energy. Unlike most family films, this one trusts its audience—it’s clever without being smug and goofy without being dumb.

Mitten’s Verdict: Smart enough to entertain parents, silly sufficient to thrill kids—F Plus passes with flying colors. Rated: 5.6 out of 10.
